One such project ongoing within the Capital this New Year is the transformation of 147,000sq. ft of office space at Fetter Lane in London.
The renovation of the building will create a high-end, interesting space in which to work and a newly landscaped courtyard will offer communal seating to businesses wishing to entertain clients and employees.
As part of this high-profile office refurbishment in Chancery Lane, new entrance facades were commissioned to be installed by architectural glazing and facade specialists Nuëcø Group. The bespoke curtain walling was to provide a clear view into the reception area, providing a stunning first impression of the building.
Nuëcø Group are experts in the design, coordination, supply and installation of bespoke windows, glazing and heritage facades. They joined this project part way through completion to install bespoke anodised Schüco curtain walling.
As all the steel is anodised and in a colour, this highly bespoke refurbishment involved an abundance of interfacing and design and required particular attention to detail, something that only one company in the UK can achieve.
The contemporary aluminium facade systems required a combination of the highest quality design coupled with optimum performance, and Schüco’s products for curtain walling and glazed facades met these high requirements.
