A CLEARER VIEW ON GLASS SPECIFICATION

Correctly understanding fire glass specification is critical to ensuring a safe environment. PART Q – AND WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU

What is the point of Part Q? – It’s aim is to prevent people breaking into a home through lower-level doors and windows. In the case of flats, it covers any part of a building from which there is access to the flats. It applies to new build only, but that includes dwellings created by a change of use. This seminar will also discuss what it means for doors and windows and which windows are covered.
